Five Offerings was presented at Craftswoman House on January 29th, 2012
Five Offerings, was a recreation of Liebestod, a work created and performed by Cheri Gaulke and Barbara T. Smith in 1977 as part of Three Weeks in May. This iteration of the performance was presented as part of Suzanne Lacy’s Three Weeks in January. Launa Bacon, Cindy Rehm, Sara Fowler, Linda Ravenswood, and Rachel Finkelstein performed and posed questions to encourage a conversation among the dinner guests on the ways violence impacts the lives of women.
